Every youth deserves peace.

For nearly two decades, New Leaf Foundation’s mission has been to provide youth in equity-deserving communities with accessible opportunities to support their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Supporting healthier, more peaceful communities

From 2007 to 2024, we addressed the causes and impacts of chronic stress on youth and their caregivers through mindfulness and yoga-based programs, education, and resources. Over 18 years, we reached nearly 20,000 youth and caregivers across southern Ontario, with a focus on supporting youth in communities that face systemic barriers to accessing resources. While New Leaf Foundation closed in March 2024, the tools and resources we developed continue to create impact through partnerships and accessible pathways, ensuring the public can still benefit from our work.
