New Leaf Yoga Foundation (o/a New Leaf Foundation) recognizes, respects, and is committed to every individual’s right to privacy. We acknowledge our obligation to preserve the confidentiality of your personal information. As such, our privacy policy has been developed to comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”). This privacy policy governs the manner in which New Leaf Foundation collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of the newleaffoundation.com website (“Site”).   • Donation information such as donation amount and date
  • Customer or donor information like your name, email address, and billing address

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

What we share with others

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.

CanadaHelps

We accept donations through CanadaHelps. CanadaHelps processes donations using their site, disburses the funds to our organization and provides you with instant access to your tax receipt. Please see the CanadaHelps Privacy Policy for more details.

Stripe

We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Analytics

We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

Mailing List
