1:2 Breathing

Counting the length of your breaths can help to build focus and clear your mind of distracting or stressful thoughts. In this exercise, we bring focus to gently lengthening the exhales by breathing out for twice as long as the inhales. Please note, you may choose to breathe at your own speed if that’s more comfortable.
