New Leaf Foundation’s 7-day Mindfulness Journal was designed to give youth space to write down their thoughts and feelings. It includes:
- a daily check-in chart
- mindfulness activities and writing prompts
- gratitude practices
Combining mindfulness with art can be a great way to begin to shift out of survival mode, process emotions, and have an outlet to express ourselves.
This free mindfulness resource is easy to use. You can download the PDF and fill it in online, or reference it for daily reflections that can be written in a journal or notebook.
