Building Blocks for Resilience

This professional development training is designed to help educators and service providers develop and carry out mindfulness-based activities in their classrooms and programs. It explores the effects of chronic and traumatic stress, how to employ trauma-informed approaches, and cultivating resilience using movement, breath and awareness practices.

Mindfulness Toolkit

Our speciality is offering mindfulness in a way that’s simple, inclusive and relatable. With New Leaf Foundation’s Mindfulness Toolkit, you’ll get access to seven lesson plans with bite-sized activities like audio and video recordings, printable worksheets, and Google Slide Presentations that make sharing easy.
