Building Blocks for Resilience

This professional development training is designed to help educators and service providers develop and carry out mindfulness-based activities in their classrooms and programs. It explores the effects of chronic and traumatic stress, how to employ trauma-informed approaches, and cultivating resilience using movement, breath and awareness practices.

Reaching In, Reaching Out

This online training shares our best practices for making yoga and mindfulness accessible to others. Over 8 modules, it provides an introduction to anti-oppression practices, the impacts of trauma, our trauma-informed framework for offering yoga and mindfulness, healthy boundaries, and effective engagement.
