Challenges & Opportunities
In a world that is gradually returning to its pre-pandemic state, we recognize the ongoing challenges faced by nonprofits and charitable organizations, particularly grassroots and smaller-sized ones like New Leaf Foundation. Individual donorship to smaller organizations has seen a decline, and our connection with our supporters has weakened. Despite these challenges, we see immense opportunities for growth. By investing in new revenue streams through social enterprise and strengthening community connections, we are poised to not only recover but thrive in this new landscape.
Youth-Serving Sector
Our commitment to supporting youth remains unwavering, especially as we navigate through high mental health needs and organizational transitions. By collaborating with other youth-serving organizations and investing in additional support beyond sessional programs, we aim to empower the next generation to reach their full potential.
Our strategic focus centres on rebuilding, establishing consistency, and ensuring sustainability across all our programs. From expanding our reach in school programs to enhancing accessibility in education, we are dedicated to making a lasting impact.
