This 4-week activity book and meditation series was designed to introduce you to mindfulness. It includes a series of short 2-5 minute meditation recordings along with reflection activities and writing prompts. Each week focuses on a different theme and offers tools to better connect with ourselves and each other.
Use this mindfulness resource for yourself and share it far and wide with youth, teachers, and caregivers!
All you need is a journal, pen or coloured markers/pencils, and the activity book (PDF).
We encourage you to do the weekly meditations as often as you can and have included a chart to track how often you try the recordings. Write your answers for the reflection activities down in a journal or notebook. If writing isn’t your thing, switch it up and do the activities as voice memos or drawings.
