Welcome to our latest yoga and mindfulness practice with Rochelle Miller from the New Leaf Foundation. In this video, we’ll focus on recovery techniques specifically designed for athletes. Rochelle will guide us through exercises targeting major joints, including the neck, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles, to help enhance and restore mobility. We’ll also incorporate a mindfulness meditation to support mental recovery and help get you “into the zone”.
