Watering the Seeds | Mindfulness Activity

Join Amanda for a short meditation followed by a mindfulness activity called Watering the Seeds. This activity helps us to bring more attention to what’s on your mind, how you’re feeling, and what you’re focused on. You’ll need something to write with (pencil, pen, or markers) and paper, plus a comfortable place to sit.
