5-minute Guided Meditation | Mindful Breathing for Restlessness

Right now, people around the world are being asked to take care of each other by social distancing and staying home. As we are bound to the walls of our living spaces, we may be feeling a little cooped up. With that pent up energy, we can start to feel agitated, annoyed, or just generally unsettled. How we’re experiencing the world around us is often reflected in the world inside us. For this 5-minute meditation practice, we will tune into our inner world through the awareness of our breath.
